Decent stay with minor drawbacks
spacious room professional staff limited menu small pour
The room was spacious. It included a luggage closet. The staff was very professional and there was a convenient shuttle to the city center.
The beverage options were not good. The website showed a bar. it was closed. A request for a traditional cocktail resulted in a long wait. The champagne pour was unusually small for the price.

i enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. the classic interior created a great vibe. breakfast was amazing (especially the pastries!) i also appreciated the attentive staff throughout my stay. the free shuttle into old town was so helpful.
i thought the beverage prices were a little high. everything else was stellar though!

the location is excellent. it is close to many restaurants and bars. the vicinity to transportation makes it so easy to get around. the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the city center.

service here is perfect. from arrival to departure, every staff member showed such charm. the concierge helped plan a tour of the city. the dining staff even accommodated a special request regarding menu options.

immaculate service helpful recommendation minor issue takeaway service
The staff offered IMMACULATE service. Valentina resolved a minor breakfast issue immediately. Dulcetti greeted us by name every day and even provided takeaway. The concierge offered helpful recommendations for dinner.
The drink sizes were small for the price I paid. It was slightly disappointing.

fantastic experience at a luxurious hotel
rooftop terrace friendly concierge excellent buffet central location
the hotel is close to the central station. the rooftop terrace next to the spa and pool offers lovely views. the staff fulfilled all our wishes through reception, room service, and housekeeping. the friendly concierge helped plan our tour through the city. the breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious, it had many temptations.
I found that there was no coffee or tea facilities provided in the room. I did expect more.

fantastic experience!
smooth check-in amazing bed delicious breakfast friendly receptionist
my check-in was smooth. jérémie greeted me and gave me a great tour. the bed felt amazing, it ensured a full eight hours of sleep. i enjoyed a delicious breakfast the next morning (especially the fresh fruit!). the friendly receptionist allowed me extra time for a swim before my trip back to london.
there was no coffee machine in the room, which i found a little surprising.

the hotel is near a subway exit, about 200 meters away. it is also 600 meters from the central train station. guests can walk to the city center with ease and explore various shops, restaurants, and landmarks (it's a pleasant walk!).
